Problems editing in new material (November, 2022)

Is anyone aware of any coding, constraints, or any other provisions of this article that would create a situation where existing edits and material here would be displaced by new edits? I attempted to edit in new and updated material on Carville working to defeat Pennsylvania Senator elect John Fetterman during this year's primary, and when I tried to do so, some of the existing sections at the bottom of the article were no longer visible.
